Job Description: • Supporting the onshore consultants and other senior team members to provide expert, timely, efficient and professional delivery of client deliverables • Prepare the client deliverables using the tools, establish reasonableness and reliability of checks and ensure proper audit trails • Complete the client deliverables in an efficient manner, clearly evidencing checks with proper audit trails and demonstrate understanding of how the changes might impact on client • Demonstrate a logical approach to checking work, a good understanding of technical piece of work and the ability to explain actuarial and business concepts to less experienced colleagues • Develop technical knowledge and big picture thinking to deliver on various actuarial support services • Understanding the importance of client billing and complete projects on the agreed budgets Skills Required: • Graduate, numerate degree preferred such as Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Engineering. • Sound actuarial technical capability with relevant minimum experience of1.5years • Steady exam progress on your actuarial professional qualifications and should have cleared at-least two core technical actuarial exams • Consistently and correctly use corporate processes, templates, precedents and models as appropriate • Build credibility with senior colleagues through effective and flexible work delivery • Ability to work well in a team environment by being respectful and supportive of others, communicating openly and constructively and being an active listener Interested candidates can mail their resumes at lalita.gupta@futuretrack.org

Senior Actuarial Analyst

Senior Actuarial Analysts work in teams with other actuaries, financial reporting analysts and actuarial IT team to deliver pricing, reserving and actuarial risk analytics analysis results. The Person would be expected to lead a team of analysts. Senior Actuarial Analyst has the opportunity to develop cutting-edge analyses, strategies and solutions addressing the wide range of actuarial risks and/or issues facing the client.

Key Areas of Responsibilities may include:

  • Risk Analytics including development of analytical tools, analysis of insurance risk, regulatory capital modeling activities and general support for any risk analytics in the company.
  • Pricing including development of pricing tools, price monitoring.
  • Reserving for complex general insurance lines of business.
  • Assisting in responding to management queries and concerns; resolving issues promptly.
  • Assisting in setting up the technical provisions for the purpose of Solvency II balance sheet. Also would be performing variability analysis in the Reserve Risk Team within Solvency II framework.



What We Look For
We seek creative and well-rounded self-starters who have both the qualitative and quantitative aptitude to excel in a challenging and highly competitive environment. Actuarial sciences, engineering, mathematics, statistics or economics backgrounds are preferred. Adequate and sufficient experience in general insurance pricing/reserving is a must.
An excellent level of both written and spoken communication skills is required, as well as the ability to present difficult concepts in simple understandable way to senior management. Strong documentation skills are expected as well as an ability to communicate at senior level.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree and at least CT Series Exams and any one of the ST, CA1 or SA Exams from Institute of Actuaries of India/ Institute of Actuaries, UK or at least 5 CAS Exams.
  • Superior analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of actuarial reserving/pricing software.
  • Advanced mathematical / financial / statistical aptitude
  • Strong computer application skills, specifically Excel, Access and Visual Basic Application
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
